Vertex Hygiene is the data controller for personal information collected on this website.

What we collect

Information you give us via the booking form, contact form or phone: name, address, contact details, service preferences, payment details (handled by our payment processor), and any notes you add to a booking.

Why we collect it

To fulfil bookings, communicate about your appointment, take payment, and follow up after the clean. Lawful basis: contract (active customers) and legitimate interests (enquirers).

How long we keep it

Active customers: duration of the relationship + 6 years for tax records. Enquiries with no booking: 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Email privacy@vertexhygeinecleaning.com.
